EAST GATE

East Gate is a mixed-use project located in Loudoun County, Virginia. In partnership with a local developer, Atapco assembled 170 acres and rezoned 130 acres to incorporate 600 townhome and condominium residential units, a 200,000 square foot Harris Teeter-anchored retail development and other commercial uses. East Gate Marketplace, the commercial core of the East Gate Planning District, incorporates low impact environmental features and is LEED Gold certified.
