Rosewick Crossing LaPlata, MD
Rosewick Crossing is a ground-up shopping center in LaPlata, Maryland. Cowie Associates was involved in the project from inception including the process of getting the property annexed to the Town of LaPlata. We worked with our client and the local jurisdiction to prepare a set of guidelines that will inform future development in the area as well as help monitor the future tenant fit-outs within the center. The new urbanism concepts of pedestrian connectivity and active outdoor spaces were incorporated with attention paid to the future development across Rosewick Road, LaPlata Crossing.
